All in-house produced goat products are evaluated during an annual inspection and are naturally also tested bacteriologically.

Our organic goat farm is nestled between meadows and fields, gently nestled on a green hillside, slightly above Adlwang. Since 2000, goats have been living on our farm. The high intelligence of these animals, their sensitive character, and the digestibility of the milk continually fascinate us, and so from our hobby goat, there are now about 50 dairy goats and a few young animals. The organic farming method of our farm is very important to us. Of course, our goats enjoy year-round access to the pasture. The milk is completely processed in our on-farm cheese dairy into various cheese specialties and yogurt. The particularly beautiful aspect of our form of operation is that we can help shape and experience everything from the land, the animals' feed, the goats, the processing of the milk, to the people for whom we produce our food.
