Kindergarten of the Parish Caritas Parish Churches

The child takes centre stage. We want to meet the children where they are and accompany them for a part of their lives with all our expertise, brains, hearts, hands and humour. We see ourselves as treasure hunters who recognise and promote the children's talents and abilities. We want to motivate the children to experiment, gain experience, learn and develop. We want to help them to enjoy life, gain self-confidence, social skills and emotional intelligence.

Our parish charity kindergarten was opened in 1973 with one kindergarten group and expanded by a second group in 1986. Our feel-good community grew steadily, and thus the demand for kindergarten places also increased, leading to the plans for our new kindergarten. In 2007, we moved into our newly renovated and expanded house with three mixed-age groups.

Currently, there are four kindergarten groups:

• two regular groups for children between three and six years old
• one integration group
• one group with a maximum of five children under three years old - no toddler group!
