Spiri Walk

We - Andrea, Gitti. Anni and Erika - have been doing this for almost 3 years and walk together every Monday, whatever the weather. Each time there is a spiritual impulse that we allow to take effect in us during a short period of silence and walking.
The Spiriwalk connects body, mind and soul.

Exercise in the fresh air is good for the body. We need it to keep us healthy and fit.

It is also good for our minds to leave the confines of our own four walls and be able to look out into the distance.

We walk in the wonderful nature around Bad Hall, receive a spiritual impulse and allow it to seep into us in silence, to then settle in us as we walk and talk to others.
